Who am I?

Henry Muller

Hi — I’m Henry. A 25-year-old presenter and ADHD advocate with a relentless passion for bringing neurodiversity, with all its strengths and challenges, into the light.

I’m a CPD-accredited TV presenter with a BA in Drama and Theatre, and I’ve spent years engaging audiences everywhere from classrooms and boardrooms to pubs and street corners (yes — as a tour guide too!). Wherever people are, that’s where I love to be.

I’ve worked with the BBC and Chris Packham on Inside Our ADHD Minds, helping to tell real, human stories about ADHD. Since then, I’ve taken that experience on the road, speaking across the UK to students, teachers, parents, professionals and leaders about what ADHD actually feels like, not just what it looks like.

Because for me, this is personal.

Growing up, I often felt misunderstood, overwhelmed and unsure how to explain what was going on in my own head. Now, I do and I use that insight to help others feel seen, understood and supported.

Neurodivergent and endlessly curious, I’m fascinated by people, how we think, how we learn, and the patterns that shape us.

My dream?
To travel, present, and challenge the way we see neurodiversity, leaving a lasting, honest, and often funny impression wherever I go. Whilst helping people find the words that I didn't have for what is going on in their heads.

What’s next for me?
To keep learning, connecting, and working with people who want to change the way we see neurodiversity and the world.

What do I do?

At my core, I’m a storyteller.

With a background in drama, theatre, presenting and interviewing, I bring energy, humour and honesty to every audience I speak to. But what really sets my work apart is this: I don’t just talk about ADHD, I translate it.

I help people understand what it actually feels like on the inside, from the noise sensitivity and emotional intensity to the creativity, empathy and hyper-focus that often come with it.

I deliver engaging talks, assemblies and workshops for:

  • Students (7–18)

  • Teachers and school staff

  • Parents and carers

  • Businesses and teams

Across all of these, my mission is simple: Shift the perception of ADHD from a deficit to a difference.

Through a mix of personal storytelling, accessible science, and practical strategies, I help audiences:

  • Better understand ADHD beyond behaviour or labels

  • Create supportive, judgement-free environments

  • Communicate more effectively (“I feel… I need…”)

  • Build on strengths, not just manage challenges

  • Support young people and adults to thrive — not just cope

Alongside my speaking work, I’ve worked professionally as a presenter across radio, live events and entertainment, from hosting shows on Palm Torbay Radio to running large-scale events as Head of a London entertainment company.

Everything I do is about connection — making people feel understood, empowered, and a little more curious about each other.

This matters to me and I know it matters to you too.

If you’re looking for a talk that’s honest, engaging and actually sticks,
I’d love to work with you.

Palm Torbay Radio

Senior Deputy Head of Abingdon Prep School

“Henry has such charisma and engaged our children from the moment his assembly started. Explaining some of the joys and challenges of neurodiversity through his own ADHD journey, Henry looked at the science, the experience and most importantly the power of supportive friendship. All of our children and staff left the assembly with a palpable sense of positivity and joy. Henry is a born orator who delivers his message with compassion and great humour."

SENDCo of Chandlings School

"Henry is truly inspirational! He came to Chandlings Prep School to talk about his journey with ADHD. The children were captivated by his enthusiasm, honesty and sense of fun... every one of them leaving with more understanding of how they can help themselves and help their friends. His subsequent talk to parents was informative and hugely helpful. The many questions asked afterwards was testament to Henry's approachability and honesty. It was a presentation that resonated with so many of us. Thank you Henry!"

Chris Packham, BBC One Inside Our ADHD Minds

“Henry is a confident, witty and knowledgeable young man, we were hanging on his every word. This abundance of energy, often associated with the hyperactive side of ADHD, is wonderful to see channelled into his work. He’s incredibly bright, intelligent, sharp and creative, and through his film [Tombola Man], he’s represented himself more clearly. Henry isn’t wrong or broken, he’s just different. There will always be a degree of chaos, what beautiful chaos that will be.”

Parent of an ADHD Child Following a Presentation

"Henry Muller delivered an incredibly powerful and insightful talk to a group of parents of children with ADHD, and the impact was immediate. Speaking with honesty, warmth and remarkable self-awareness, he shared his personal journey of growing up with ADHD and the very real challenges it brought at school, at home and in everyday life.

He explained, in a way only someone who has truly lived it can, how ADHD affected his learning, relationships, confidence and sense of self. His ability to articulate these struggles so clearly gave parents a far deeper understanding of what their own children may be experiencing.

What made Henry’s talk so valuable was not only his authenticity, but also the hope and perspective he offered. He is engaging, relatable and highly knowledgeable, and his message would benefit parents, pupils, teachers and schools alike.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Henry to anyone wanting greater insight into ADHD from someone who has lived it and turned those experiences into something genuinely inspiring and educational."

Headteacher

“Henry was a really engaging speaker and we were all very interested in his story. The presentation really enabled us to reflect on our practice and how children with ADHD can feel in different situations and with different approaches.”

BBC Production Assistant

“Henry spoke about ADHD with such honesty and insight, he had this rare ability to articulate what was going on in his mind in a way everyone could relate to.”
